For visitors who do not wish to drive or park in the city of Bath they can take advantage of the bus service which runs every fifteen minutes from the neighbouring village of Bathford. The farm is easily accessible by public transport. Bath, famous for its architecture and Roman Baths, is a World Heritage Site renowned for its culture, architecture and shopping, and more recently the addition of the Bath Thermae Spa complex. Bradford-On-Avon, only four miles away is a beautiful market town with a number of historic buildings, canal and cycling opportunities and some excellent shops. Lacock, a picturesque National Trust village, is only ten miles away and there are numerous other National Trust properties to visit such as Dyrham Park , Stourhead and Great Chalfield Manor to name but a few. The Cotswolds, Bristol, Salisbury, Glastonbury and Wells are all within easy touring distance, as are Stonehenge, Avebury, Castle Combe, Longleat and the American Museum. Excellent walking opportunities both in the immediate locality and further afield.
